Overview:
The Commercial and New Payment Flows (CNPF) business unit has been newly established as part of the global initiative to amplify the business opportunity across our Commercial Large Market (Corporate Solutions), Small-to-Medium Enterprise, and Transfer Solutions customers. We are looking for a Regional CNPF business finance lead (Finance Business Partner) to act as the CFO of the Asia Pacific CNPF business unit led by the Regional business head (EVP) to drive our strategy and execution forward by working together with cross-functional and cross-country teams. The individual will be a key member of the finance team responsible for managing the business partners of CNPF business and will sit on the CNPF AP leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help drive strategy across the region with valuable insights for prioritization and decisions making
• Own end-to-end FP&A activities and manage the P&L including budgeting, forecasting, financial management reporting, variance analysis, KPI setting, month-end close as well as executive business reviews and management of investments and long-range planning
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Build strong business partnerships with leaders of all levels and functions across the Asia Pacific region as well as globally
• Help drive priorities and target setting as well as tracking process
• Support teams in driving new initiatives and develop / review business cases supporting such initiatives / investment asks
• Assist in the development and implementation of long-term strategies to enhance profitability and competitive leverage
• The Role will be based on Gurgaon, India and part of the Business Finance Center (BFC) global team
All About You:
• Demonstrated thought leadership
• Leadership presence and credibility with various levels of management
• Comfortable with occasional ambiguity but able to make calculated decisions
• Strong sense of urgency, comfortable operating in a fast paced and changing environment
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Data analytics tools and coding is plus (Alteryx, Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Modelling and analytical skills
• Possesses a natural collaborative style and able to work effectively and efficiently across multiple areas and levels of the organization
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline; MBA / CPA / CFA a plus
