Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.

Overview
Mastercard Services is seeking a seasoned, strategic leader for the Integrated Capability Marketing function within its global B2B Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing positioning for Services capabilities (Security solutions or Open banking) and owning the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the business. This role is integral in creating compelling content and campaigns that drive customer awareness and engagement, brand loyalty, and business growth. Skills to succeed include expert communication, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning and execution, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
• Lead the strategic development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and market positioning, across the portfolio of Services capabilities.
• Ensure a cohesive, structured and documented approach to working among product, commercialization, strategy, communications, demand generation, and sales functions to deliver compelling campaigns and buying experiences that drive customer awareness and engagement, brand loyalty, and business growth.
• Proactively serves as a subject matter expert to leadership of brand, marketing, communications, product management, commercialization, sales, and customer success regarding marketing strategy and competitive positioning of our Services capabilities.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Serve as a central liaison for the integrated capability marketing plan, fostering robust collaborative relationships among product, product marketing, commercialization, communications, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
• Embrace diverse perspectives and skillsets, negotiate with diplomacy, and foster positive interactions with stakeholders to achieve collective success.
• Influence associates at all levels of the organization regarding the integrated portfolio marketing strategy and plans for target audiences and regions.

Capability Positioning:
• Effectively distinguish between audience types and understanding their attributes to inform marketing strategies, with a focus on delivering value and meeting customer needs.
• Serve as an expert on buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; serve as an expert on competition and market dynamics.
• Support robust capability architecture with customer-centric positioning that informs scalable and effective marketing campaigns.
• Translate capability positioning into cohesive narratives that bolster the Services brand in each capability's domain and accelerate commercial opportunities.

Campaign Development and Optimization:
• Lead the ideation, development, and continuous optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels and customer touchpoints in support of Mastercard Services capabilities.
• Utilize market insights, customer feedback, and performance analytics to ensure campaigns are effectively driving desired outcomes while maintaining consistency with our brand identity and overarching business objectives.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Extract actionable insights from campaign performance data to support decision-making.
• Deliver regular updates to senior leadership on marketing performance, ROI, and market trends, providing strategic recommendations for enhancing our marketing effectiveness and achieving business goals.
• Articulate the impact, value, and opportunities integrated capability marketing is driving across the Mastercard Services product portfolios.

Team Leadership and Development:
• Provide clear direction and ongoing feedback, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Empowering, advocating for, and collaborating with everyone on the team to ensure integrated capability marketing is set up for success.


Qualifications:
• Experience with running SaaS B2B marketing experience within the Security Solutions or Open Banking domain, with several years in a director-level cross functional role owning complex integrated marketing strategy execution in a high-growth environment.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and team leadership skills.
• Strong People management experience
• Strong analytical abilities, with a proven track record of driving marketing performance and ROI for a global portfolio.
• Experience in messaging development, content creation and strategy and integrated campaign strategy & execution.
• Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and mentor high-performing teammates and cross functional team members to fulfill a common vision and mission.
• Global experience in a matrix organization working with various stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
