Overview:
The Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (C&I) team is responsible for product management and innovative product development of products and services to address the evolving risk & cyber security needs of all of MasterCard's various customer segments. The C&I team was established with the responsibility to safeguard all aspects of safety and security in payments and have made great strides with new products, services and standards, positively impacting all aspects of our current and future payment eco-system.

As a Director of Product Management, you will help drive product strategy, manage product evolution, deliver on go-to-market strategies, make data driven decisions and identify product optimization opportunities with the Identity Solutions organization. In this role you will:
• Analyze market trends, dynamics, and competition to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead market analysis and recommends ways to leverage market analysis to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
• Leverage the Mastercard Studio framework to manage the delivery of ongoing innovation and enhancements to focus products.
• Work with Marketing to develop strategies for effective global positioning of Mastercard's cybersecurity solutions.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Business Development to ensure the value propositions are clearly articulated and well understood.
• Collaborate with Product Development to ensure our products function as described and are enhanced with scale in mind.
• Collaborate closely with technical counterparts to ensure product and project success.
• Identify any barriers or obstacles to deliver capabilities on time and budget.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to direct reports and partners to grow individual functional skills, experience, and leadership capabilities.
• Develop talent and provide timely feedback, coaching in the moment, and mentoring.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum to augment existing knowledge, skills, and experiences.

All About You:
Knowledge / Experience:
• Business experience in product management, product development, product marketing or business development in financial services and/or bankcard industry preferred. At least 3 years of management experience desirable.
• Extensive experience in creating product strategies, roadmaps, pricing and product positioning.
• Experience translating strategies into product launches and implementation plan in multiple markets.
• Demonstrated success in Product Management and Product Development life cycles delivering results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams.
• Prioritize product features and capabilities based on user value and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with technology team, marketing, regional support, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated thought leadership, product expertise, strong project management skills in the integration of technology into new products.
• Demonstrated success building relationships and delivering results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams.
• Interaction with external stakeholders at the local level through participation in client meetings and consumer events
• Self-starter and quick learner with ability to work independently and operates with a sense of urgency.

Pay Ranges

Vancouver, Canada: $127,000 - $210,000 CAD
