Intern, Customer and Product Delivery Summer Internship 2026-Australia Who is Mastercard?

Job Description:
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships, partners with other business functions in Product and Technology to complete, deliver and customer support task
• May produce presentation materials, analytics and reports for customer or internal communications.
• Support larger team functions related to ensuring customer compliance with Mastercard standards
• Perform project management duties, creating and documenting processes, developing timelines, managing compliance cases
• Establishes working relationships with internal delivery teams, customer support teams and customer contacts
• Interface with customers, both internal and external, to effectively communicate and educate on program rules, procedures, and best practices
• Must be able to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions.
• Research basic problem requests and responds to inquiries on products and tools for internal and customers
• Analyses data from technology account management projects and reports on performance relative to success metrics

• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions
• Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, handle multiple tasks, consistently meet established deadlines, and deliver exceptional results
• Expert PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming and coding ability a plus
• Experience with Tableau, Domo, or other comparable business intelligence tools
• Class of 2027: Studying a bachelor's degree with expected graduation between June 2026 and Dec 2026
• Able to commit to internship period from 1 Dec 2025 to 30 Jan 2026. (Note: start/end dates cannot be negotiated).
