Title and Summary

Lead Content Strategy Analyst, Pay by Account The team is looking for a Platform Readiness Manager to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience, highly organized, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Our process works from ideation, analysis, development, test and then release. Following development we have must ensure our materials are at the right quality for a Customer to use.
Role
• Ensure the documentation is in line with the development
• Ensure late issues are well managed through to success
• Ensure the Global product team are aware of any outstanding defects and how the service is affected
• Ensure the platform is ready for Customers and provide reports showing any notable items
• Have a perspective on the release and whether it continues to meet the Customer requirement
• Deployment of documentation in MC developers zone content management system
• Detail strategy for the management of documentation for different versions of products
• Ensure we have the appropriate test tools defined for the customer facing environments (e.g. simulators)
• Making sure we have appropriate set of onboarding documentation (e.g. onboarding API specs, forms)
• Work with the GTM teams to ensure the Customer on-boarding issues are resolved quickly
• Drive continuous improvement through the introduction of processes and support

All About You
• Experience in making change that improves Customer enablement
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to deliver compelling presentations
• Experience in documentation management
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player across functions and regions
• Experienced in complex global Product delivery
• Desirable:
In-depth experience managing design and development of new payment programs, including leading successful card product development and launch
o Detailed knowledge of the payments business, including Account to Account
o Experience in developing an API based platform
o Advanced degree (MBA)
