Lead, Technology Risk Analyst Job Title: Technology Program Manager
Overview
Technology Risks & Controls (TR&C) is a key component of Mastercard's three lines of defense model, enabling first-line technology risk management through implementation of risk and control methodology and best practices, control advisement and monitoring, and assurance to external stakeholders (i.e., regulators and customers).
The Role
The Technology Risks & Controls Governance team is looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive our evidence management strategy forward. This role will report directly to the Technology Risks & Controls Governance Vice President.
Responsibilities include:
• Plan, execute, and deliver a large multi-year data project from inception to completion
• Proactively manage the end-to-end project delivery, reporting out progress, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing the gaps and removing any blocking issues to ensure successful delivery
• Define the sequencing of work by producing a clear roadmap with defined key delivery milestones in line with an integrated project schedule
• Collaborate across Technology teams to ensure defined prioritization and input requirements
• Run effective meetings to drive accountability and ownership
• Clearly articulate scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, actions, risks, and mitigations
• Own project communications and produce crisp updates that are tailored to specific audiences
• Ensure strong working relationships across the project team.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
All About You:
• Degree in technology, information systems management, information security management or related program
• Project management qualification(s) focused on Agile methodologies
• Experience leading large data projects end-to-end
• Knowledge of current and emerging technologies
• Collaborative and team-oriented work style
• Has an ability and drive to perform independently and comfortable with remote management
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally/ geographically to drive project success
• Systematic problem-solving approach coupled with strong communication skills
• Ability to connect both on an individual level and in large groups with a team-orientated work style
• Proficient in stakeholder management and ensuring crisp updates that are tailored to specific audiences

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
