Manager, Account Management Who We Are

We are now looking for a Manager, Account Management to further strengthen our presence by building long‑term, high‑impact partnerships with key issuing clients.

Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and developing the overall relationship with one or several card‑issuing customers. You will act as their trusted advisor—supporting their growth, helping them build competitive financial services offerings, and identifying opportunities where Mastercard's solutions can drive business value.

Your Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to help them build differentiated, competitive financial services offerings based on Mastercard solutions and services.
- Hold primary responsibility for managing one or more strategic customer relationships, including driving sales of new products, services, and solutions.
- Build strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations—positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of solutions, products, and services; execute effectively to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and align on mutually agreed objectives based on a deep understanding of customer strategies, priorities, and organizational dynamics.

About You
- You bring a curious, growth‑oriented mindset and a desire to continuously learn and evolve.
- You have relevant experience in client relationship management—ideally within card‑based payments—and strong product and technical expertise.
- You have a proven track record in sales and marketing of products and solutions to issuers, acquirers, and/or merchants in the Baltic market.
- You demonstrate strong influencing, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
- You excel at communicating complex topics clearly and compellingly to both internal and external audiences.
- You are comfortable challenging established ways of thinking, always constructively and diplomatically.
- You thrive in fast‑moving, international, matrixed environments and enjoy collaborating across functions. working across functional teams.
