Title and Summary
Manager, APM Partnerships - Consumer Products OverviewThe APM Partnership team is responsible for defining, driving, and executing Mastercard's strategic approach to Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), with a focus on defending our core business. This Global team plays a pivotal role in shaping Mastercard's engagement with the APM ecosystem across markets and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a global APM partnership pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing opportunities across regions to protect Mastercard's core business.
- Build organizational awareness of the APM ecosystem by creating strategy documentation and guiding principles for partnering with major APMs across regions.
- Define solution sets and lead solutioning workstreams to support new product ideas and partnership models.
- Create and deliver sales enablement materials to support go-to-market efforts and drive adoption across internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to accelerate decision-making and execution, including market assessments, deal tracking, and performance analysis.
- Align partnership efforts with global, regional, and market-level priorities to ensure strategic consistency and impact.
All About You
- Proven experience in product management, partnerships, or strategy roles within payments or fintech.
- Ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
