Job Title
Manager, Product Management
The MPGS product management team is part of a global product function at the centre of payments innovation delivering leading customer experiences through our connected gateway. As part of this remit the team is responsible for defining the strategy, and executing the delivery of, market-leading payment gateway products & value-added services to our acquirers and merchants on a global basis.

Overview
• Reports to the VP, Enterprise Gateway Service Revenue Optimization team
• The position manages the Gateway commercial execution team
• Responsible for revenue integrity and operational execution of customer commercials
• Deliver on contract compliance and cross team functional readiness
• Alignment with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product owners, Finance and MCBS for customer preparation and maintenance of contractual commercial obligations

Role
Commercial Execution Team
• Management and leadership of the Gateway Commercial Execution team
• Collaborate closely with business and finance teams to ensure integrity of the financials, compliance with process controls and provide business background on transactions and customer deals
• Drive efficient processes for revenue assurance and customer readiness against contractual financial obligations regarding complex onboarding, technical/billing configuration and maintenance tasks
• Develop and prioritize revenue and data analysis activities to identify, minimize and rectify revenue optimization gaps and initiatives
• Support the controllership team on inputs and insights for monthly financial reporting requirements
• Responsible for managing help desk inquiries with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) area
• Set direction of tasks & targets to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met/exceeded
• Operational SME and technical/functional support to business units
• Build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as be able to assess and communicate key risks and opportunities within the business
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within area of responsibility; coordinate with leadership to implement improvements
• Research and resolve production billing issues and incidents; manage alignment between stakeholder teams to resolve open issues
• Ensure maintenance of desktop procedures and controls around revenues and collections
• Lead routine training to internal teams on operational related topics
• Work to enhance and strengthen the Gateway commercial execution team to continue to meet requirements of a dynamic, fast growing and evolving global business
• Ad hoc support for Business, Controllership, Finance, Tax and treasury activities as needed

All About You
In terms of the performance and personal competencies required for the position, we would highlight the following:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• 7+ years of experience in billing operations, financial control and/or financial systems
• Certified Qualified Accountant preferred
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Experience with successfully developing, implementing and continually assessing the effectiveness and oversight of process improvement initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills
• Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel and VBA proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible, able to perform and manage team efficiently under tight deadlines
• Takes initiative and drives results effectively
• Work across multiple time zones
