- Drive the FP&A cycle including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking of volumes, revenue, product P&Ls, and expenses.
- Support new business initiatives, customer proposals, and go-to-market strategies through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Contribute financial inputs to goal setting and compensation planning as part of the annual planning process.
- Ensure financial alignment with both market-level priorities and Mastercard's broader corporate objectives.
- Engage with customers when required to provide financial insight or support strategic initiatives.

- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with tools such as MyMPA, Enterprise Reporting, SFDC, and Hyperion is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships across teams.
- Proactive and collaborative, with a strong team mindset and the ability to build internal and external partnerships.
- Possess situational awareness and the ability to tailor financial narratives to various audiences.
- Comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and providing clear rationale behind financial insights.
