Title and Summary

Manager, Product Enablement The Global Product Enablement (GPE) team partners with Product Owners, Development teams, and other stakeholders across Mastercard to deploy solutions efficiently and effectively with speed, quality and predictability. The team ensures product readiness, scaled onboarding and a best in class customer and employee implementation experience.
GPE is responsible for assessing new products and enhancements to equip Customer Delivery to support and scale projects from customer onboarding, testing, launch, and transition to BAU.
Global Product Enablement ensure a simple and streamlined customer onboarding process by developing consistent and repeatable processes used globally by our delivery teams, resulting in a positive customer and employee implementation experience.

Role & responsibilities

The role focuses on ensuring delivery readiness and global consistency for new and enhanced products. Key responsibilities include defining and documenting onboarding requirements, maintaining Studio and POGS compliance, and publishing implementation artefacts. The role acts as a primary liaison for cross-functional stakeholders, managing escalations and facilitating knowledge transfer to regional teams. Additionally, it drives process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce time-to-implement, while providing data-driven insights and leading regular reviews to enhance product performance and customer experience.

• Ensure global consistency and delivery readiness of assigned products
• Articulate implementation requirements that enable efficient, low touch onboarding.
• Partner with global Product Owners to share delivery requirements and validate product readiness, leveraging the Studio framework
• Collaborate with Product and Regional Delivery, understanding and articulating lessons learned and know-how on implementation approach/strategy and training materials
• Identify gaps across onboarding processes; document proposed enhancements or automation to reduce time to implement (TTI) and simplify testing.
• Serve as the first point of contact for cross functional stakeholders and manage escalations with clear, timely communication.
• Ensure delivery resources are trained on the product and customer onboarding processes to enable the smooth transition of delivery ready products and services to the regions
• Act as the central point of contact for Product Owners and Regional Delivery Leads

• Proven ability to simplify and communicate complex technical and business topics to varied audiences
• Analytical problem solver comfortable with ambiguity and pace; attentive to detail and outcomes
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and work flexible hours as needed to support global delivery teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills (define, measure, analyse, improve and control)
• Passionate about technology, with a genuine curiosity to learn and apply new concepts
• Data literate, able to create informative reports and translate insights into recommendations.
• Experience within Global Customer Delivery and Care
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to leverage these skills in a teaching environment
• Language skills a plus, will be working with regional teams
• Project management accreditation a plus (e.g., PMP (Project Management Professional)/ PRINCE2 / AGILE project management)
