Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Product Operations Manager to join our fast-growing Commercial Acceptance team in the Corporate Solutions Global Product organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating clear and accurate product documentation, designing and optimizing processes, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution of our product roadmap. You'll work closely with the product owners, MTS Compliance, and our Corporate & Issuer - facing teams to support the delivery of our innovative new B2B payment solution, Card to Account Transfer
Role:
• Operational Excellence: Design and refine implementation processes tailored to the complexities of our product including compliance, risk, security, technical and customer experience considerations.
• Regulatory Readiness: Support the compliance team in meeting regulatory and audit requirements by creating and maintaining product documentation and process traceability.
• Data-Driven Insights: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track product performance, customer adoption, and operational KPIs.
• Tooling & Systems: Manage and optimize tools used across the product lifecycle (e.g., AHA!, Confluence).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of coordination between product, MTS compliance, business development and customer service teams.
• Product Planning: Support quarterly planning cycles, including roadmap alignment, capacity planning, budgeting and OKR tracking.
• Incident & Change Management: Coordinate post-incident reviews and change management processes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Customer Feedback Loop: Help operationalize feedback from Issuers, partners, and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions.
All About You:
• 3–6 years of experience in product operations, product management, or program management in B2B payments
• Strong understanding of the payment ecosystem (e.g., card networks, acquiring, issuing, fraud, KYC/AML)
• Ability to create and maintain clear, concise and accurate product and process documentation
• A team player, comfortable working in a large matrix organization, willing to lead and build consensus
• Experience working with product lifecycle tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment across geographies and with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong product and problem-solving acumen
• Fluent in English (any additional languages considered a welcome differentiator)
