Title and Summary

Manager, Product Strategy The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.

Mastercard's Customer Experience and Disputes team is transforming the post-purchase journey by reducing friction, improving transparency, and enabling real-time collaboration between consumers, merchants, and issuers. This role will contribute to shaping innovative solutions that simplify transaction recognition, enhance purchase management, and streamline dispute resolution.

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and collaborative candidate to join our team as Manager, Product Strategy. The role will help drive strategic planning, prioritize growth opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance product value and customer experience. This is a high-impact role with visibility across senior stakeholders and direct influence on our roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

The Role
- Develop strategic presentations that influence senior executives' decision-making
- Build business cases and pricing strategies to help evaluate product initiatives
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology, Sales, and Finance to assess and refine new product ideas
- Lead cross-functional work streams to support the integration of a recent acquisition into Ethoca
- Support Head of Product for Fraud Solutions and Disputes Management in building organizational capabilities and defining business priorities

All About You:
- Experience in consulting, business strategy, or product management
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex problems and delivering insights
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, especially in senior executive presentations
- Adept building polished presentations/decks that are engaging, clear and concise
- Experience in the payments industry is a plus
