Manager, Security Resolution Overview:

Role:

Security Resolution Management (SRM) is part of the Customer Engagement and Performance team and oversees Mastercard's global Account Data Compromise (ADC) program, as well as other investigative initiatives focused on safeguarding the integrity of our multi-rail ecosystem.

The Manager, Security Resolution will be the EEMEA regional representative for the SRM team. This includes overseeing complex ADC investigations from creation to closure, engaging directly with customers to investigate, contain and remediate vulnerabilities. Additional responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate vulnerabilities and investigation results into practical intelligence, making certain that Customers, Agents, and Service Providers are actively addressing cyber threats.
• Review open source and cyber intelligence to identify TTPs impacting Customers, Agents and Service Providers.
• Represent SRM at industry events, contributing thought leadership on ADC trends, cybersecurity governance, and remediation practices.
• Educate Customers to ensure compliance with Mastercard rules and procedures; clarify expectations and guide corrective actions.
• Validate implementation of risk remediation steps, recommendations, and corrective measures; track closure against defined outcomes.

All About You:
• Strong understanding of the payment industry and security frameworks such as PCI DSS and ISO 27001.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical findings to internal and external customers.
• Self starter who thrives in fast moving investigative environments and can independently drive outcomes.
• Cybersecurity professional with CISSP, CISM, or equivalent recognized certifications.
• Investigations experience, ideally in incident response, threat intelligence, digital forensics, or payment security investigations.
• Comfortable operating independently and cross functionally across diverse teams
• PCI experience and knowledge preferred
• Bachelors Degree
