What You'll Do
As Manager, Business Development, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth for Mastercard Services by:
Developing new business and forging strong partnerships with financial institutions, merchants, fintechs, and government entities.
Shaping and executing the growth strategy for the Greece cluster.
Leading sales pitches and crafting persuasive proposals that win executive buy-in.
Building and nurturing long-term client relationships while identifying follow-up opportunities.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project excellence and knowledge sharing.
Contributing to recruiting, training, and developing future talent within the team.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in business development, ideally within a top-tier consulting firm or payments/financial services.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to craft compelling proposals and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Track record of building and managing client relationships at a strategic level.
Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
