Title and Summary
MPGS Technical Account Manager Overview• Responsible for MPGS (Payment Gateway) product solely
• Manage all technological and operational customer relationships
• Act as the primary point of contact for all technical, system, and operational aspects related to the Payment Gateway
• Develop effective working relationships with internal delivery teams, customer support team, product and business teams
• Identify opportunities by proactively understanding customer technology infrastructure and leveraging internal data assets
• Collaborate with business teams in pre-sales, technical solution development, technical reviews, and operational reviews for designated customers
Role
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers who are planning to integrate with Payment Gateway
• Assist customers with end-to-end Payment Gateway integration across multiple systems, platforms, and products
• Address and resolve customer incidents, production issues, or any technical inquiries
• Keep customers updated on rule changes, new products, tools, and services related to Payment Gateway
• Conduct regular technical and operational reviews with customers regarding Payment Gateway performance
• Ensure thorough customer understanding of regulatory requirements, Mastercard mandates, and industry standards
• Work with sales and business teams to convert leads and opportunities into onboarding initiatives
Experiences
• Extensive experience with Payment Gateway, particularly in technical integration areas
• Significant experience in technical support for Payment Gateway initiatives
• Experienced in integrating Payment Gateway across multiple platforms and services
• Advanced expertise in web technology, API, eCommerce/online shopping technologies, online security standards (EMV 3DS), and PCI-DSS
• Operational management experience with acquirers and online/digital merchants
• Fluency in Chinese is essential; knowledge of Bahasa is advantageous
