Title and Summary

People Specialist, South LAC 1. Overview
People Specialist for South LAC to drive key processes related to talent strategy in South LAC.

2. Role
- The People Specialist, supports and manages People and Capability initiatives and projects including workforce planning, rewards, employee engagement and training
- Manages timely coordination and execution of day-to-day People and Capability activities by working with key stakeholders across the business, including activities related to employees' talent cycle
- Creates reports to support People and Capability program recommendations and track costs and performance of programs
-Leads crucial People and Capability activities including new hire orientation, off boarding, maintaining employee records, and visa coordination
- Conducts analysis of People and Capability metrics and summarizes findings and implications

- Bachelor's Degree: Economics, Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering, etc.
