Title and Summary

Program Manager Overview
The Open Banking team is looking for a Lead, Program Manager to help drive program management strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about process optimization, highly collaborative, intellectually curious, and analytical.

Role
• Open Banking Program Managers define and organize the work, outline tenets, analyze data, drive performance improvements, and influence resource allocation for all stages of execution.
• Creates mechanisms to effectively report out and control execution. Recognizes complexity and creates predictable delivery paths for large and/or complex efforts.
• Measurably improves, streamlines, and/or eliminates excess processes. Utilizes cross organizational mechanisms to describe and drive continuous improvements.
• Understands the business strategy and design approaches within product, program or domain with depth to be credible and effective with teams they work with. Can competently represent team's services or interests.
• Communicates complex issues and decisions in clear and concise summaries to a variety of audiences. Communications are instructional (i.e. provide insights and lessons learned). Drive mindful discussion with business and technical stakeholders that lead to timely decisions. Can communicate with confidence 3+ levels up.
• Understands the needs of the various internal teams, including but not limited to, Product, Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Customer Delivery, Legal, Risk & Compliance, and Sales.
• Regularly reviews metrics and proactively seeks out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility ensuring the program stays aligned with organization objectives.
• Supports other Open Banking Program Managers with critical tasks that align to the demand management process, such as key performance indicator tracking, data quality, etc.
• Self-starter, able to work with ambiguity and with limited guidance.

All About You
• Experience with program management functions, such as intake of work, prioritization, capacity planning, data integrity, reporting, etc.
• Experience working in a cross-fuctional program model
• Able to continuously assess areas for process improvement across the program and drive improvements to completion
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership
• Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, and driving execution of program objectives
• Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
• Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with, and influencing dependent teams to drive transformational change
• Experience with tools such as Aha! and Jira required; experience with Power BI and DOMO preferred
