Our vision as RTP International is to provide market-leading, resilient, scalable and highly secure account-to-account payments technology and services, enabling an efficient and data-rich digital payments eco-system.
The RTP International Business Support Team is looking for a Vendor Manager to drive our supplier strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about managing supplier relationships, highly motivated, intellectually curious and analytical.
Role
• Develop and maintain relationships with key RTP International suppliers whilst working closely with internal stakeholders to identify key priorities and ensure consistent and efficient processes are applied.
• Manage the RTP International Supplier Governance Framework ensuring that contractual, regulatory and delivery issues are discussed and addressed.
• Support Business Owners with developing KPI's and SLA's that can drive improved performance and value for money.
• Support the business with developing supplier strategies which align to wider organisational objectives.
• Support the business to develop consistent, clear and effective SOWs which are easy to understand and drive the right behaviours from suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic supplier initiatives.
All About you
• Experience managing and maintaining supplier relationships.
• Experience drafting SOWs or monitoring supplier agreements.
• Experience setting up and chairing governance meetings.
• Experience working with a range of internal stakeholders e.g. Risk, Finance, Engineering etc.
• Strong communicator with the ability to break down complex information and articulate clearly for broad sets of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, problems and actions.
