Overview:
The global Franchise Services team is seeking a Senior Analyst, Franchise Services to help grow and support the Americas (North America and LAC) regions within our global suite of Franchise Solutions. Franchise Solutions are a set of training, consulting, optimization engagements, leveraging Franchise subject matter expertise, that enable our customers to build and maintain long-term success on the Mastercard network, in support of a cleaner payments ecosystem. The ideal candidate is passionate about operations and providing support to their colleagues in the Americas Franchise teams and enjoys working in a growing and dynamic environment.
Role:
• Provide Franchise Solutions administrative support to our internal business partners. This includes but is not limited to creating and maintaining process guides and providing support with our tools and systems, such as Salesforce and Ironclad.
• Leverage internal data to create and define a sales pipeline for the Americas regional teams to prioritize their sales efforts and address the most impactful opportunities to pursue.
• Identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiencies throughout Franchise Solutions in the Americas regions. Be comfortable exploring those opportunities, seeking alignment amongst key stakeholders, and implementing as/where agreed.
• Prepare regional performance reporting on Franchise Solutions for leadership as needed.
• Identify needs and opportunities for new Franchise Solutions that can be launched globally to support the evolving needs of our customers.
All About You:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a passion for collaboration and teamwork. The ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple internal stakeholders is critical in this role.
• Experience using sales support tools such as Salesforce and Ironclad
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, creative thinking skills and problem-solving
• Analytical and solutions-oriented
• Flexibility to work non-traditional work hours at times to support the various time zones of the Americas regions
