Overview:
Mastercard's Cross-Border Services team (CBS) is driving innovation and growth to meet today's demands for simple, certain, and secure international payments. CBS is a portfolio of integrated assets and capabilities designed to service key verticals and multiple payment experiences. Through a single connection, we enable partners the ability to reach a variety of endpoints- account, card, mobile wallet, or cash payout-nearly anywhere in the world.
The Cross-Border Services team is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support EEMEA business development team, in the management of sales tools and processes, and continuous sales performance monitoring and reporting.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics, perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
Role:
The candidate will ensure that “Mastercard Cross Border Services” business development strategy is implemented in close coordination with country managers to ensure full alignment to market objectives and provide all necessary commercial sales process support for new launches.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
• Set up and monitor sales processes
• Manage sales tracking tools, with special focus on Salesforce
• Monitor sales performance through salesforce and report progress to Country Managers
• Keep up with new corridor launches and make sure the sales team is up to date
• Identify where improvement is needed in sales process and make suggestions accordingly
• Align with other support departments and make sure to get details on time
• Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
• Assist Country Managers in maintaining pipeline in Salesforce
• Coordinating (at internal and customer level) the end-to-end business development process with new customers: due diligence process, contract and commercial negotiations, and financial set-up…
• Supporting and developing strong internal relationships within Mastercard to enable all team members to achieve their business goals and differentiate “Mastercard Cross Border Services” products from the competition
All About You:
Qualifications and Experience
• 3 years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or similar role
• Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
• Undergraduate degree from a top university
Skills and Competencies
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Critical thinker and problem-solver
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player, comfortable working in a large matrix organization, willing to lead, build consensus and determined to get things done in time
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where rapid or sudden changes are usual
• Fluent in English
• Based in Turkey
