Title and Summary

Senior Business Assistant Overview:
Performs general administrative duties towards supporting day-to-day departmental operations for the UK&I Group Head and related UK&I ‘Growth Accounts' team.
Role:
• phone coverage; scheduling meetings; completing travel arrangements; expense reporting; maintaining and managing calendars; generating copies; screening mail; filing; ordering supplies and maintaining departmental records.
• Develop and/or prepare correspondence; memoranda; research; reports; presentations or other assigned documentation in specified software package. May research special topics as assigned.
• Routinely handles internal and external inquiries by screening calls, answering questions, and re-directing to appropriate personnel.
• Provide coverage as needed to other UK&I Business Assistants, in areas such as phone coverage and scheduling meetings.
• Analyzes data from multiple sources and draws conclusions and/or recommends changes for manager's review.
• Involved in maintaining and tracking departmental reports on an ongoing basis (i.e., budgets).
• Coordinates logistics for more complex meetings/activities, i.e. internal and external meetings, conferences, symposiums, interviews, etc.
• Uses discretion and care on a regular basis when working with sensitive/confidential data pertaining to the department or MasterCard
• Support SVP account management, NatWest Group
• Complete analysis for UKI Bank Partnerships team, to enable performance assessment e.g. T&E budget utilisation, strategic customer account management dashboard
You / Experience
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
