• Participate in on-call rotation for CDN/DNS support.
• Contribute to automation and Infrastructure-as-Code efforts where feasible (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

All About You
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Akamai ION/CDN or a comparable enterprise CDN platform.
• Network engineering, site reliability engineering, or web performance optimization.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills across DNS, DHCP, CDN, or HTTP/S delivery chains.
• Familiarity with enterprise DNS/DHCP systems (Infoblox preferred) and experience managing zones, forwarders, and DHCP scope policies.
• Working knowledge of F5 GTM configurations and load balancing strategies.
• Experience with certificates, including renewals and automated deployment through Akamai or DNS validation.
• Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and ability to mentor others on best practices.
