About the Role
Mastercard Revenue Operations & Enablement, part of Revenue Accounting Services in GBSC, is seeking a skilled Senior Program Manager involves managing various functions of Operational Excellence, the Senior Program Manager will ensure smooth and efficient business processes, manage relationships and stakeholders, develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance. This role requires a strong understanding of business analysis, project management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and oversee the implementation and delivery of operational projects for revenue systems and solutions with assigned teams independently.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of program work by reporting progress, ensuring dependencies are covered. overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to successful delivery.
Execute and perform intake analysis and tasks across cross functional teams, aligning the focus and priorities to ensure alignment with the Revenue Operational & Enablement's published Best Practices and SOPs.
Facilitate effective retrospectives with your team(s) to identify actionable improvements, while ensuring that challenges beyond the team's control are clearly communicated to leadership.
Clearly report the scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, actions, risks, and mitigation strategies for operational initatives to both the team and leadership.
Enhance team efficiency through process improvements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for your team, delivering accurate status updates and relevant data to key stakeholders and leadership.
Lead meetings efficiently by scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and completing follow-up actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in program management, operations assurance, or related field.
Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in operational assurance.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful execution and delivery of complex projects.
Effective and structured oversight skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
Strategic thinker with ability to derive and translate data analytics to meet business goals
Coordination and organization skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across global locations to ensure success of the program.
Must be able to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions
Experience operating in an agile delivery and waterfall model(s), including but not limited to project plans, releases, managing dependencies, roadmaps, and backlog prioritization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Tools
Solid understanding of risk management disciplines
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
Experience in the financial services or technology industry.
Experience with ALM, Jira, Access, or other comparable business intelligence and lifecycle management tools a plus
