Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Marketing OverviewThe Marketing & Communications team is looking for a Senior Specialist, Marketing to drive our consumer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the consumer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. This position is ideal for a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about building strong brand presence through compelling storytelling and effective media strategies.
Role
• Executes marketing strategies and activities (includes advertising campaigns, promotions, sponsorships, trade shows, webinars, websites) by developing the business cases, identifying opportunities and leading the deployment across markets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creative, media and BTL agencies. Communicate campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and deliverable expectations clearly, ensuring alignment throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Work closely with creative agencies to develop campaign concepts, messaging, and visual assets. Participate in brainstorming sessions, review creative proposals, and provide constructive feedback to guide agencies toward on-brand solutions.
• Media Planning: Partner with media buying agencies to build strategic media plans that maximize campaign reach, frequency, and engagement across relevant channels
• Project Management: Oversee the campaign timeline, ensuring all stakeholders meet key milestones and deadlines. Coordinate internal reviews, manage asset approvals
• Tracks budget for marketing programs, and raises awareness when programs are not on track against budget's cadence. Work with the finance planning team and agencies to reconcile costs.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal analytics teams to gather and review campaign performance data. Assist in preparing post-campaign reports, highlighting successes, areas of improvement, and actionable insights.
• Prepare regular status updates and present campaign progress to internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
