Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Open Banking Product Management-2 Overview
We are looking for a product specialist to join our Open Banking Value Add Services product team and work with us develop the next generation of open banking products and solutions.

Role
• Develop our Open Banking Value Add Services
• Work with business stakeholders including regulatory, legal, compliance, data privacy, business development, marketing, implementation and support to capture and define business requirements for new products and features
• Ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and work in partnership with our engineering teams to develop our solutions
• Keep up-to-date with the Open Banking competitive landscape and benchmark our products against competition
• Support the Mastercard Studio process (internal product development gating) and put together documentation for gating reviews
• Educate customer-facing teams on applicable propositions and handover for commercialisation through forums, webinars and collateral

• Background and/or strong interest in Open Banking
• Experience in product management and understanding of new product development concepts and practices
• An inquisitive and innovative approach and ability to create new thinking
• Analytical mindset and a track record in delivering comprehensive research & analysis
• Ability to draw conclusion and develop actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative data
• Capable of working under changing circumstances and confident in dealing with ambiguity
• Ability to project manage complex projects and establish priorities
• Good multi-tasker with ability to work independently
• A clear communicator that can simplify complex concepts and is confident interacting with clients and presenting to stakeholders
• An energetic and collaborative team player with a global mindset and strong cultural awareness
