Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Product Management The North America Digital Payments (NAM DP) group is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Management to drive optimization of digital payments solutions among North American banks.NAM DP partners with leading global consumer technology companies and the nation's largest banks to deliver the payment solutions that fuel e-commerce. Every time you make a purchase using your phone, an app, or a browser, you are benefiting from the solutions managed by this team. We build and scale the infrastructure that powers e-commerce.
As Product Managers focused on commercialization, our team is committed to nurturing new technologies, establishing product-market fit through pilots and customer co-innovation, and then scaling these solutions to widespread adoption.
The Senior Specialist, Product Management, will be responsible for overseeing a product roadmap of tools that help banks enable smooth, secure digital payments experiences. Additionally, this role will provide customers with one-to-one and one-to-many support, training, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the product roadmap for Mastercard's tokenization self-service portal and solution suite.
- Develop and implement a customer enablement strategy to scale adoption and optimize these solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand their digital needs and objectives, providing tailored expert support.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess program performance, identify market opportunities, and drive improvements.
About You:
- Intellectually curious and comfortable with complex subject matter.
- Excellent customer skills, including active listening, audience awareness, skill-building, and written communication.
- Thrives on tackling complex, cross-collaborative challenges.
- Prior experience with digital payments is a plus but not required.
- Experience in relationship management and direct interaction with external customers is a plus.
