Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Product Management - Digital Identity and Financial Crime Services Summary:
The Digital Identity & Financial Crime Services team forms part of the Mastercard Services organization. The candidate will be working on deploying and managing Digital Identity & Financial Crime Services suite of products in AP.
The candidate will lead the regional development and delivery of innovative digital identity, financial crime, crypto compliance, fraud/ scams and AML products that enable simple and secure payments.
Digital Identity and Financial Crime is a high-growth, strategic area of focus with a remit to develop a suite of services for card and non-card payment rails (batch ACH, real-time payments) in support of Mastercard's multi-rail strategy. The key responsibilities include ongoing management and enhancements of key products, analysis and evaluation of performance and insight generation, marketing and distribution of products and interacting with key customers and stakeholders (issuers, acquirers, processors, government entities, etc.)
The successful candidate will work closely with global product leads and client facing teams to develop regional commercialization strategies for identified Digital Identity & Financial Crime Services products and execute on them successfully. The Digital Identity & Financial Crime Services solution suite includes several products such as machine-learning based risk scoring solutions, biometrics, A2A fraud system and other services under the Mastercard Digital Identity & Financial Crime Services product family.
This involves educating clients and internal stakeholders on the value and benefits of these services, having a deep understanding of the market landscape and regulatory requirements, and implementing roll out strategies to ensure successful adoption of these products.
He/she will leverage opportunities to utilize Mastercard solutions and strategies to differentiate the Mastercard offering and support local market processing and brand initiatives.

Role
• Develop regional go-to-market strategies and leads execution to ensure maximum penetration of product and value delivered to customers. This includes aligning with internal teams and supporting the sales team with go-to-market plans, material, pricing and training
• Analyze market trends (including local laws/ regulations), dynamics, and competition to inform product and go-to-market strategies
• Understand the required product functionality and features, and drive regional commercialization in consultation with internal stakeholders (i.e., global product, local product sales, customer delivery, account managers, O&T, Legal, Franchise, etc.).
• Identify avenues and external partnership models for distribution and scale. These efforts include ideation, concept validation, business case development, creation of associated pricing and other market readiness activities;
• Interface with market teams, sales, finance, legal, marketing, operations, implementations as the product owner to ensure successful launch of products
• Engage in idea generation, concept validation, business case development, and in some instances financial modeling and planning
• Monitor and evaluate product performance; ability to locate and use relevant data to support performance measurement, tracking, and product insights. Build reporting templates and tools
• Ensure marketing and sales collaterals are up-to-date;
• Build overall understanding of SSO Solutions offerings and broader Mastercard products and services to leverage synergies within the organization to maximize value delivered to customers
• Monitor and evaluate product performance, with the ability to locate and use relevant data to support performance measurement, tracking, and product insights; and
• Ensure accurate and timely budget tracking and forecasting.

All About You

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years' work experience in product management
• Analytical and resourceful individual who is outcome oriented, creative in problem solving and highly skilled at managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment;
• Knowledge of account-based payments industry, Financial Crime, fraud, scam domain, experience with launching and scaling new products and services to market is highly preferrable.
• Technical familiarity with existing and emerging authentication technologies, related risks and business opportunities is desired;
• Strong communication and client presentation skills - ability to concisely communicate complex content in a simple, logical and compelling manner
• Familiarity with Greater China Region and able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
• Strong interpersonal relationship building and client management skills and able to navigate, influence and gain-buy in from key decision makers and other stakeholders to meet business objectives
• Effective problem solver, identifying and mitigating risks, solving and / or escalating issues as appropriate
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to conduct structured analysis and synthesize large amounts of data. Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work on a team or independently
