Overview
Join the Operations & Technology Fraud Products team to help develop innovative capabilities for Mastercard's Decision Management Platform, the backbone for a range of solutions that detect fraud and authenticate identity. Our patented Java-based platform processes billions of transactions monthly in milliseconds, using a high-performance, multi-tiered, message-oriented architecture.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will manage medium to large-scale fraud-related technology initiatives of moderate to high complexity. You will be responsible for coordinating Agile delivery teams and ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders, delivering impactful software solutions with quality and speed.

Role
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee delivery of medium-to-large software programs across multiple agile teams.
• Drive execution through the SAFe Agile framework, ensuring consistent sprint delivery and quality outcomes.
• Translate business needs into well-defined program plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and progress toward shared goals.
• Serve as a key point of contact for program status, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely, clear, and accurate communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, escalating as appropriate.
• Support prioritization and execution of cross-functional enhancements and initiatives.
• Guide program execution while contributing to continuous improvement of delivery practices.
• Provide implementation support and coordination for new fraud solutions.
• Ensure compliance with audit, risk, and PCI requirements.
All About You
• Proven ability to operate with autonomy and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
• Skilled in breaking down complex problems and managing detailed delivery plans.
• Strong collaboration skills, especially in matrixed and cross-functional settings.
• Ability to dive deep into technical systems to understand dependencies and implications.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and KPIs to guide delivery decisions.
• Clear communicator with the ability to tailor messaging for executives, peers, and engineers.
• Experience managing software delivery lifecycles, preferably in high-availability or large-scale environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective meeting facilitator, communicator, and negotiator.
• Experience in payments or financial services is a plus.
