At the intersection of customer obsession & bold innovation, we're hiring a Senior UX Researcher to join our Behavioural Lab+ and help us define what the future feels like for our customers. As a UX Researcher, you'll do more than usability tests—you'll be a critical partner in shaping what we build, why we build it, and how it meaningfully impacts lives. From foundational discovery to rapid iterative testing, you'll be embedded in a culture where research drives decisions—not just validation.

You will play a critical role in designing the next generation of Mastercard's business solutions and data-driven products. Our CX&D team (Customer Experience and Design) integrates Behavioural Science, Data, Design & Technology to create future conceptual designs, iterate Design Systems, and develop new product solutions that elevate existing features.
