Site Reliability Engineer II 1 OverviewWe're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Platform team in Truata
As a member of the SRE team, You'll be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and monitoring our infrastructure, ensuring our applications and systems are reliable, scalable, and secure.
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring systems are robust, scalable, and secure
2 What You'll Do
• Deployment & Automation
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
• Maintenance of Truata infrastructure
- Manage and upgrade infrastructure components
- Apply security patches, optimize performance, and ensure systems meet compliance standards.
• Monitoring & Incident Response
- Implement and maintain observability tooling (metrics, logs, traces, alerts).
- Respond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
About You
The ideal candidate will have 3 + years of experience in an SRE, Devops or Cloud engineering role
• Experience with Monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus etc
• Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD tools such as Gitlab/Jenkins
• Experience with ITIL best practices
• Basic scripting skills ( Python, Bash)
• Good knowledge of Linux OS and shell scripting
• Hands on experience with Azure, AWS or GCP
• Experience working with containerized applications in Docker or Kubernetes environments
• Good knowledge of IAC tools such as terraform, Ansible etc
