We follow an agile approach to software development and practice continuous integration and delivery. The work spans front-end web development, server-side computation, and database engineering. We avoid rigid organizational structures—each team adopts processes that best suit its members and projects.
You will collaborate closely with our U.S.-based teams in Arlington, VA, and New York City, NY.

• Explore and apply cutting-edge technologies to handle analytics on increasingly large and complex datasets.
• Drive improvements in team processes, technical execution, and software quality.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business value.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers on the team.

All About You:
• Proven full-stack engineer with experience in both frontend and backend development.
• Frontend skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, along with HTML, CSS, and modern UI design patterns.
• Backend skills: Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, and familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
• Strong grasp of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) with continuous integration and iterative development.
• Enthusiastic about solving complex, real-world problems through technology.
• Self-driven with the ability to take ownership, collaborate, and deliver in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Business, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
