Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.
Role
On-Demand Decisioning (ODD) is an industry leading decisioning solution and the newest product in the Payment Resiliency suite of services. Our custom rules engine allows Mastercard to decision transactions on behalf of issuers at any time for any business reason, ensuring our customers can always approve the right transactions.
The Resiliency Solutions product team is seeking a product manager to oversee the critical day to day operations of ODD. This resource will work closely with Resiliency Solutions team members to support new and existing ODD customers. They will also be a primary contact/SME for internal teams seeking to learn more about On-Demand Decisioning and the customer onboarding process.
Primary Responsibilities include:
• Act as a central point of contact customer support inquiries from customers and regional partners
• Develop and maintain product documentation, user guides, and marketing materials
• Work with engineering and MCBS to create and manage a process for manual billing
• Support commercialization efforts through the Mastercard Studio Framework
• Assist the team in identification of new opportunities to grow and scale ODD
• Become a subject matter expert in order to support internal and external ODD conversations
• Own the customer onboarding process

• Experience in payments industry and/or product management a plus
