The Insights & Enablement team ensures we have the right infrastructure and tools to enable data-driven decisions and optimize productivity. We partner across Services to enhance reporting insights, increase efficiency, and automate processes.

The Sales Enablement Team within I&E supports the front-line Business Development Sales team for Mastercard Services.

Our Services business is a critical enabler of ecosystem growth and a key driver of Mastercard's revenue and strategy. Our front-line Sales team has a range of solutions and segments they are serving, with different funding models, competitive dynamics and requirements to drive a successful sale. The role of the Sales Enablement team is to improve the efficacy of our go to market processes across this diverse landscape enabling our BD teams focus on what they do best - selling.

Overview
The team is looking for a Sales Enablement Sr. Analyst to strengthen and evolve our sales enablement framework. This includes business casing and opportunity assessments, defining and codifying sales motions, driving revenue acceleration through Sales Plays (targeted sales campaigns), and contributing to strategy development across enablement priorities. This role also involves collaborating with stakeholders across a wide range of teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, I&E Systems and Insights and others to drive targeted and contextually relevant enablement across the sales processes.

Role
The role involves supporting the management and execution of projects (Sales Plays) with complex workstreams and stakeholder groups, so strong project management and analytical skills are key. The ideal candidate is detail orientated, results driven, and adopts an agile approach to flex to the evolving needs of the Sales Play.

In your role as Sales Enablement Sr. Analyst, you will:
• Support business casing and analysis needed to evaluate and prioritize opportunities for new Sales Plays.
• Participate in the design, build, and execution of Sales Plays quickly using an agile approach.
• Own key tasks for Sales Play execution, and effectively communicate progress downwards and upwards.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and bring solutions to the team to increase efficiency/effectiveness; document best practices for ongoing use.
• Partner effectively with B2B Marketing, Sales, and Product stakeholders on priorities required for execution.
• Support seller needs related to sales tools and technologies.
• Monitor pipeline, forecast accuracy, and collateral usage across Sales Plays while measuring sales performance against KPIs from lead to close.
• Develop materials to communicate progress to Executive Services leadership.
• Foster collaboration within Sales Enablement and across Mastercard teams.
