Title and Summary

Training Analyst, Business Support | Opportunity reserved for PWD candidates only Overview

Responsible for the Mastercard Academy and AOW Inbox management: respond to customer inquiries promptly and resolve day-to-day customer issues related to Academy trainings and AOW.

Role:
• Manage the administrative end-to-end delivery of trainings to customers.
• Help create marketing flyers for courses.
• Send course invites/confirmations to customers.
• Make room reservations and organize/arrange training venues.
• Schedule open and customized courses in Cvent, following the orientations with accuracy.
• Lead and arrange logistics for courses (virtual or face to face delivery).
• Host and support trainings and events, helping the organization when needed.
• Manage speakers and course demand communication/ scheduling with them.
• Upload course feedback to share folder.
• Provide welcome kits/gifts to customers.
• Provide feedback reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain internal Academy records database (trainer names, dates, participants, etc.).
• Produce area reports (manage database and spreadsheets), both recurring and ad hoc, on training activity, feedback reports, financials, planned courses/forecast, etc., for the local team and management.
• Assist in the courses planning and yearly calendar.
• Manage Academy supplies inventory: check stock, anticipate requests, place orders, verify receipt, etc.
• Manage Academy suppliers (receive invoices, provide payment, etc.).
• Maintain registration website updated (Calendar of Events).
• Other ad-hoc administrative support is needed in the area.

Skills/Qualifications:
• Great verbal and written (Portuguese and English) communication skills. Spanish a plus.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, and someone who thrives in a multi-tasking environment.
• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to act collaboratively across functions.
• Strong analytical, reporting and attention to detail/accuracy skills.
• Proven sense of urgency, resourceful and proactive
• Microsoft Office Skills
• Training Experience a plus.

Resumo
Responsável pela gestão da Mastercard Academy e da Caixa de Entrada AOW: responder prontamente às consultas dos clientes e resolver problemas diários relacionados aos treinamentos da Academy e AOW.

Funções:
• Gerenciar a entrega administrativa ponta a ponta dos treinamentos para os clientes.
• Ajudar na criação de folhetos de marketing para os cursos.
• Enviar convites/confirmações de cursos para os clientes.
• Fazer reservas de salas e organizar/arranjar locais de treinamento.
• Agendar cursos abertos e personalizados no Cvent, seguindo as orientações com precisão.
• Liderar e organizar a logística dos cursos (entrega virtual ou presencial).
• Apoiar treinamentos e eventos, auxiliando na organização quando necessário.
• Gerenciar a comunicação e o agendamento de palestrantes de acordo com a demanda de cursos.
• Carregar o feedback dos cursos na pasta compartilhada.
• Fornecer kits de boas-vindas para os clientes.
• Fornecer relatórios de feedback.
• Manter o banco de dados interno da Academy (nomes dos treinadores, datas, participantes, etc.).
• Produzir relatórios da área (gerenciar banco de dados e planilhas), tanto recorrentes quanto ad hoc sobre atividades de treinamento, relatórios de feedback, finanças, cursos planejados/previsão, etc., para a equipe local e a gestão.
• Auxiliar no planejamento dos cursos e no calendário anual.
• Gerenciar o inventário de suprimentos da Academy: verificar estoque, antecipar pedidos, fazer encomendas, verificar o recebimento, etc.
• Gerenciar os fornecedores da Academy (receber faturas, providenciar pagamento, etc.).
• Manter o site de registro atualizado (Calendário de Eventos).
• Outras atividades administrativas ad hoc conforme necessidade da área.

Habilidades/Qualificações:
• Ótimas habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita (Português e Inglês). Espanhol é um diferencial.
• Excelentes habilidades organizacionais e administrativas, e alguém que prospere em um ambiente multitarefa.
• Ótimas habilidades interpessoais com a capacidade de agir de forma colaborativa entre funções.
• Fortes habilidades analíticas, de relatório e atenção aos detalhes/precisão.
• Senso de urgência comprovado, engenhoso e proativo.
• Habilidades no Microsoft Office.
• Experiência em treinamento é um diferencial.
