Overview
The Consumer Product and Processing segment sits at the very heart of Mastercard's business. We are on an exciting journey to expand our product capabilities in the Credit, Debit and Prepaid segments, targeting the rising wave of affluent consumers in Asia Pacific by providing them with relevant and exciting product propositions.

The Vice President, Product Management, will support development and execution of the product strategy, product roadmap, go-to market, and functional and technical requirements definition for Consumer payments segments. This leader has accountability for creating the product strategies that will drive significant future growth in Mastercard's business across Credit, Debit and Prepaid, while finding new opportunities to drive Debit and for articulating the local market requirements for successful commercialization in the region.

Role
• Lead effort to articulate product strategy and establish financial growth plan for domestic and x-border portfolios
• Define optimal business model and value proposition to enable Mastercard to drive revenue, grow profitable market share and differentiate our products from competitive offerings
• Build business supporting AP financial objectives but with an eye towards global applicability and growth.
• Engage customers/partners in strategic dialogue and partnerships covering the full spectrum of Mastercard assets, capabilities and solutions
• Build/develop the team, define and implement the optimal engagement/support model, processes and disciplines to establish MA's partnership model as a strategic differentiator
• Work in close collaboration with sales and account management to ensure disciplined approach to sales and relationship management efforts to drive long-term value creation for customers, partners and Mastercard
• Promote product development requirements, and takes an active role in the process by communicating product strategy and market needs to the Global Product Management teams and to the applicable cross-functional teams/areas
• Serve as the expert and advocate for the Consumer payments to identify and understand the opportunities, challenges and potential partner priorities to establish mutually beneficial partnerships and relationships. Provide continual and timely education to the broader team
• Develop strong internal executive level partnerships to ensure cross-functional alignment and maximum support

• Ability to develop and maintain high quality relationships at C-suite level of customers/partners
• Strong people management and leadership experience
• Ability work effectively in a highly matrixed organization
• Travel required at times
