Title and Summary

VP, Product Management – Merchant Analytics & Innovation Overview:

Advanced Analytics drives AI-based solutions and products at a globally scalable level across different customer lifecycle stages, credit risk management, operational and strategic analytics. Customer engagement and acquisition using our data assets serve as key differentiators to optimize and grow revenue for our retail and commercial clients.

We are seeking a visionary and customer-centric product leader to drive the evolution of our Merchant Analytics Products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, capable of leading globally distributed teams and collaborating closely with engineering to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies that prioritize customer experience and drive measurable outcomes.
• Mentor and manage large, cross-functional teams across various geographies, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Collaborate hands-on with engineering teams to plan and execute product development across multiple quarters and sprints.
• Integrate AI and data analytics into product offerings, working closely with data science teams to inform decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to existing roadmaps while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks, including developing contingency plans.
• Translate complex features into tangible benefits for customers, enhancing product adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management with a deep understanding on customer experience and merchant analytics, advertising ecosystem, third party data sources, and AI
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor large, diverse teams in a global setting.
• Exposure to marketing campaigns, while interacting with CMOs
• Exhibit ownership, agility, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative and driving results in a fast-paced, evolving market.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
