Supports the Marketing & Communications and Sales & Service teams' project management, event coordination, front desk reception, and inventory management of marketing and sales promotion materials.

This position has the option to work onsite. Seeking applicants that reside within a 50 miles radius of the Centerville, OH office.  

Responsibilities

  • Supports sales marketing, branding and communication efforts such as packaging quarterly campaign items, assembling enrollment packets, organizing items for tradeshows and events, shipping packages, and ordering supplies. 
  • Plans for trade shows and other company events. Identifies, assembles, and coordinates requirements; establishes contacts; develops schedules and assignments; secures reservations; coordinates mailing lists.
  • Coordinates marketing and promotional materials needs with Sales and Marketing team; orders, maintains and assures quality of inventory.
  • Schedules, updates, and monitors calendars; assembles and prepares campaign components; sends emails and/or mailers.
  • Greets visitors and maintains required sign-in/sign-out information. Accepts deliveries and ensures proper notification to recipient as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Associate degree in business administration, marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
  • 1 year of sales and/or marketing support experience, preferably in financial services or health care.
  • Experience with planning and organization of events.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) which includes calendar scheduling and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing promotion and event planning.
  • Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment.
