Attend a series of structured learning and practice experiences designed to assist with transition from new to practice to professional nurse and clinical leader at the bedside
Receive promotion to a Clinical Nurse II role upon successful completion the program, which results in a pay increase

Schedule
Full-time Day Shift (three 12-hour shifts and every 3rd weekend)
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team

Qualifications
- ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Prior Clinical Nursing Experience not required.
- Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross) within 90 days after starting.
