Primary Duties:
Greet and assist patients both in person and by phone, providing exceptional customer service.
Register and schedule patients accurately, verify insurance, and manage co-payments.
Support clinical staff by preparing rooms, maintaining supplies, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Process and track patient information, authorizations, and documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
Assist with administrative tasks such as billing support, report preparation, and maintaining organized records.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
Experience: 2 or more years of customer service experience required; prior experience in a medical office or outpatient setting preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills; ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.
This position has a hiring range of
USD $18.00 - USD $29.74 /Hr.
