General Summary of Position
Responsible for the daily intake of inquiry calls, coordinating and evaluating potential transplant recipients, coordinating patient care, discharge from hospital, and oversees follow-up care. Oversees and provides outpatient clinical care. Analyzes and reports program outcomes.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
Experience
- 1-2 years of progressively more responsible job related experience in a clinical environment giving knowledge of heart transplant protocols and patient management responsibilities required
Licenses and Certifications
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in the District of Columbia required
