General Summary of Position
Maintains and ensures data integrity of the EAD Database. Performs updates and revisions to registration and clinical systems to ensure the patient's medical record is correct.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree in Health Information Management or related field preferred
Experience
- 1-2 years 2 years of health information management experience with prior knowledge of duplicate record and overlay resolution. required
Licenses and Certifications
- Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- basic computer skills required;
- database management and application knowledge related to registration activities preferred.
