The Senior Employee Relations Specialist serves as a strategic advisor and thought leader, driving a culture of trust, accountability, and organizational excellence. This role plays a critical part in shaping employee relations strategies that align with business objectives, addressing complex workplace concerns, managing high-impact employee relations initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and corporate policies. As a senior-level expert, this position leads investigations, provides advanced conflict resolution, and delivers proactive solutions to mitigate risks while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment. The Senior ER Specialist partners closely with senior leaders and HR teams to guide decision-making, ensure consistent application of policies, and champion equitable treatment across the organization. Demonstrating advanced strategic thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguity, the Senior ER Specialist anticipates challenges and proposes innovative approaches to elevate workplace relationships and employee engagement. Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business or a related field required
Experience
- 5-7 years Resolving complex employee relations issues, conducting highly sensitive workplace investigations and resolving high stakes conflicts required
Licenses and Certifications
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI within 1-1/2 Yrs required
