Find your calling at Mercy! Associate Research Project Manager (ARPM) within Mercy Research will:
- With supervision, manage the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensure that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope and resource requirements.
- assist with the maintenance of status reports and project metrics and appropriately triage and categorize all incoming work. Understand dependencies between project issues, external influences, etc.
- Interact with supervision, with project team members (business, clinical and technical team members), vendors, finance personnel, and Mercy multiple functional or support departments.
- Provide information to project team members regarding operational, change management, and trial management strategies and opportunities.
- Initiate coordination of and facilitate the usage of various datasets, databases and medical records systems necessary to facilitate study start-up, conduct and support.

What is needed:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1 year healthcare or clinical experience demonstrating capabilities and success applicable to the role. Demonstrated experience may be gained from prior roles, through completion of college degrees, or a combination of applicable professional and educational experiences.
