Overview:

The Director-Education AWSOM will lead and oversee the quality and coordination of AWSOM medical students and Mercy operations. This role involves directing administrative operations and managing daily activities of all medical education programs. Additionally, the Director will ensure compliance with LCME accreditation processes for clinical education and support graduate medical education initiatives. The position also focuses on fostering a culture of continuous improvement in medical education within Mercy.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Requires at least five years of experience in leading organizational initiatives and programs, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in developing and adopting AI.
  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred Education: Ongoing education and personal development beyond bachelor's degree.
  • Certifications: CHAI AI Assurance Lab Certification, if available when applying.
