Overview:

 

This position reports to the Manager/Director of Leadership Support and is responsible for producing and preparing financial information to support operational and strategic decision making. This position provides leadership support to the organization including assistance with monthly close process, participation in annual budget process, and other financial analyses. Coworker will be building complex reports utilizing Epic interfaces including but not limited to: Clarity, Analytical Reports, Operational Reports, Reporting Workbench, and the Chronicles Ad Hoc environment. Coworker must also be efficient in Crystal, Access, Excel and PowerBI, and Oracle SQL Developer as well as having a high proficiency in mathematics in order to complete report requests. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of five years' work experience, extensive computer system experience and knowledge required.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, personnel management or a related field is required although equivalent work experience may be substituted.
  • Certifications: None.
  • Other: Knowledge of the revenue cycle. Strong interpersonal skills and creative problem-solving skills necessary. Good organizational skills required. Ability to multi-task and meet timely deadlines. Ability to work independently. Coworker must be effective in EPIC,  PowerBI, Excel, Access, Crystal and other report interfaces such as Oracle SQL Developer.
  • Epic Cogito Certification with a Clarity Data Model: (Revenue Preferred)
