Description
Find your calling at Mercy! Responsible for the implementation and oversight of the oncology service line strategic plan and goals. Organizes and directs all clinical and business activities relative to Oncology support services. In collaboration with the Oncology executive team participates in the marketing, operations, quality initiatives and regulatory compliance services to ensure quality of care and services provided to patients and families. Developes multidisciplinary collaborative teams to implement goals/expectations and processes to support clinical and business success of the service line. Position Details:
Education: Bachelor's degree in health-related field
Experience: 3 years of experience in related field as a manager or director
Certifications: none
Preferred Education: Master's degree in healthcare or business
