Overview:

This is a HYBRID position requiring onsite presence in Oklahoma City, Ada and Ardmore, OK.

 

The Human Resources Partner is a strategic, business-minded HR professional dedicated to building strong partnerships and enhancing the caregiver experience within the Ministry. This role will play a pivotal part in driving caregiver engagement, supporting leadership, and fostering a positive work environment, all while advancing the Ministry's mission and vision. By leveraging a blend of onsite and remote capabilities, this hybrid role provides a personalized, dedicated presence that builds strong relationships with caregivers and ensures seamless, high-quality HR service delivery across the Ministry.
  • Provides expert Human Resources guidance and support to all caregivers, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enhancing organizational performance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Provides on-site expert guidance on employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment and helping leaders resolve conflicts as early as possible.
  • Conducts consistent Caregiver Connection Check-ins (HR Rounds), engaging caregivers in personal connections, creating strong personal relationships, fostering trust, and observing daily operations to identify and address concerns proactively. 
  • Partners with leadership to understand business strategies and objectives, aligning HR initiatives to support Ministry success.
  • Provides day-to-day caregiver relations support, including managing conflict resolution, caregiver and leadership grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Assists in the implementation of performance management processes and provide coaching to leadership.
  • Conducts investigations into caregiver complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a fair and compliant process.
  • Promotes open communication, providing guidance on resolving interpersonal conflicts and improving team dynamics.
  • Acts as a strategic advisor to ensure HR practices support key business goals such as growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
  • Supports leadership in maintaining an open-door culture and improving communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Supports business transformation efforts, helping manage change and ensuring smooth transitions during periods of organizational change (e.g., restructuring, mergers, new processes).
  • Assists and monitors HR reporting and tracking key HR performance indicators to align with business goals, providing insights to leadership to improve decision-making, including retention and turnover.
  • Assists with facilitating caregiver training programs, workshops, and development initiatives as needed, such as New Leader Orientation, benefits, Workday workshops, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources
  • Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Preferred Experience: Four (4) years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Preferred Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)

  • Other:
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software and tools (e.g., Workday, Microsoft Teams).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with an aptitude for resolving issues efficiently.
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics.
  • Approachable, empathetic, and solution focused.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
