Overview:

  • This position serves an integral role in supporting the Primary Care Performance Division (PCPD) leadership team in the organization and implementation of initiatives designed to drive performance, including facilitation of a variety of programs and strategic projects, and delivery of outcomes through collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the Ministry.
  • Supports successful transformational change aligned with realization of the Mercy Model of Care and Brand Experience.
  • Responsibilities include: 
    • Coordinates agenda/scope, logistics and facilitates discussion in ministry wide assigned workgroups and meetings. Responsible for navigating follow up and ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Manages idea and demand process, in partnership with Mercy Technology Services, including review, organization, and prioritization.
    • Analyzes data and manages projects as needed to drive performance.
    • Completes projects according to the parameters and timelines agreed on, providing tracking, and reporting of program deliverables and outcomes.
    • Communicates project status/performance to accountable executives/project sponsors and all team members on a continuous basis in a timely manner.
    • Prepares reports/presentations on performance and implementation updates as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field required.
  • Preferred Education: Master's degree in healthcare or business-related field preferred.
  • Preferred Experience: Healthcare.
