Under the direction of the Ambulatory Care Director, the Manager of Radiation Oncology/Gamma Knife organizes and manages administrative, and technical activities ensuring such utilization of professional and support personnel, equipment and supplies to meet the needs of the patients, co-workers, physicians and the Health Center. Has general supervision over all areas of Radiation Oncology and Gamma Knife which consists of 15-20 co-workers. Position Details:
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an approved progam in Radiation Oncology
Experience: Five (5) years of progressive, responsible full-time paid employment in Radiation Oncology
Other: Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
Preferred Education: Masters degree preferred in a health related field.
Preferred Experience: Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience at a medium to large sized cancer center.
